Rhory has over 30 years experience as a litigator. He began his working life as junior in-house
Counsel for the BBC and subsequently for a well-known national tabloid newspaper. For the last 20
years he has been in private practice, joining Collyer Bristow in the autumn of 2009. In early
2011, Rhory set up the CSU to provide legal services to the victims of cyberbullies and
stalkers.

Gillian advises on all areas of family law, both domestic and internationally, with particular
bias towards the financial aspects of relationship breakdown both for married or un-married couple.
Gillian regularly advises clients who are victims of physical and online harassment both at home
and at the workplace and is well experienced in emergency applications to protect clients in these
circumstances.
Gillian is a contributing editor/author to Clarke Hall and Morrison on children law. She is the
family law correspondent for Law Society Gazette and a regular contributor to BBC radio and other
national print media.
She is the Senior Vice Chairman and newsletter editor of the Family Law Committee of the
International Bar Association, where she has served as an officer for four years.

Suzanne advises on all types of commercial and media related disputes on behalf of individuals
and corporate bodies, with particular focus on defamation and reputation management.
Suzanne's work has included acting for publishers, sporting personalities, sport agencies and
political organisations in relation to all aspects of media and business litigation. Suzanne has
been involved in a number of ground breaking media disputes which have resulted in substantial
damages awards for clients.
Suzanne has advised victims of cyberstalking and helped to secure the removal of derogatory
content posted on social networking sites and has advised employers about how to deal with
defamatory and confidential material posted online by former employees.
