Sarah is a member of our Employment team. Her work includes both advising employers on all employment-related issues, including how to reduce the risk of litigation in sensitive disputes with senior staff, and advising senior individuals how best to position themselves in order to achieve a favourable exit package. Apart from conducting litigation in the Employment Tribunal, she also advises employers and employees on a range of contractual matters and HR queries. Her client base includes many organisations and individuals across a range of sectors including media and the arts, in addition to several charities and not for profit organisations. She is also responsible for overseeing the firm’s contemporary art gallery and its dynamic independently curated exhibition programme.

Sarah is a Trustee of the House of Illustration, a Director of Quentin Blake Ltd and previously a long-standing Trustee of the Actors’ Centre. Sarah is also a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association.
