Gurpreet is an associate in the Dispute Resolution team where her practice mainly focuses on competition damages litigation, but also has some experience in banking and financial litigation.

In particular, and having joined Collyer Bristow from a leading law firm in the field of global competition litigation, Gurpreet has previously represented  several leading car manufacturers in follow-on damages actions arising out of cartels in the automotive sector, including Car Glass and Bearings, in both the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal.  

Gurpreet has also represented UK based SMEs in banking and financial disputes. In particular, Gurpreet was part of the legal team that represented Guardian Care Homes in its dispute with Barclays Bank, widely recognised as a LIBOR “test case”.

Gurpreet trained and qualified at Hausfeld, which included a six month secondment in the area of trade export finance, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College London.

She has also co-authored numerous articles on the private enforcement of competition law for Global Competition Law Review, Competition International Policy Antitrust Chronicle, and Lexology.
