Anglo-Saxon firms may not want to practise Swiss law, but with World Trade Organisation work and changing tax regulations they would be foolish to stay away.

Collyer Bristow recruited James Badcock from Macfarlanes in 2011 to run its Geneva office, which had been established for some time but had not had a dedicated private client partner.
