Stephen is a member of our Dispute Resolution department. He has rights of audience before the higher courts, and specialises in complex high-value commercial disputes.

He has particular expertise in competition law. He acted for the Claimant in the landmark damages case, Crehan v Inntrepreneur; he has defended major telcos in private actions alleging breaches of Articles 101 and 102; and he advises financial services clients in the growing field of alleged or established infringements in that sector such as LIBOR and FX manipulation.

Stephen is a fluent Spanish speaker and one of the “Competition Experts” writing for LexisPSL.
