Stephen’s transactions include acting on complex acquisitions and disposals of multi-million pound properties and portfolios. He has considerable experience in advising both landlords and tenants on all aspects of commercial lettings and the management of large portfolios.

- Acting on the sale and leaseback of real estate portfolios for an education provider (transaction value over £35m).
- Providing on-going legal counsel for a sovereign wealth fund in regards to its substantial City of London property portfolio.
- Acting for numerous commercial occupiers including a leading business school, international architects, private equity and financial companies, US software companies, fashion houses, and solicitors and barristers chambers.
