Sue is a member of our family team. Having been qualified for over 20 years, she has spent most of that time representing children, parents, and extended family members in complex private and public law disputes. As a member of the Law Society's children panel Sue has represented a large number of children of various ages.  However, she has particular expertise in representing teenagers and assisting them through the court process. Her expertise include all family issues relating to children including adoption, surrogacy, alternative family structures and international cases where parents seek leave to remove their children from the jurisdiction. Sue is a passionate supporter of LGBTI issues and as a lay representative on the Church of England's General Synod is involved in the campaign for equality within the church at all levels and in particular for the acceptance and celebration of same sex marriage. She is a skilled advocate who is known for her pragmatic and outcome based focus.
