Buffy is an Associate in the Family team advising on all areas of relationship breakdown including divorce and separation, children issues, cohabitation disputes, nuptial agreements, and financial claims.

In particular, Buffy has worked on many financial disputes with complex property and company aspects, as well as private law children cases with a significant degree of urgency. She has worked on jurisdiction disputes, cohabitation claims, defended divorces, international relocation matters, emergency High Court injunctions and various cases with complex religious issues.

Buffy completed her training contract with Collyer Bristow before qualifying into the Family team in September 2019. Before that, she studied Theology at St John’s College, Oxford and the GDL and LPC at BPP University.

Buffy is a member of Resolution.

She has also contributed to several publications, including the Law Society Gazette, the Financial Times and EPrivate Client.
