First, we did a lot of listening

hours of research, covering:

  • SWOT analysis
  • Brand analogies
  • Past / Present / Future perceptions of the firm
  • Market analysis
  • Competitor personas
  • Client feedback

And a lot more.

We engaged with people at every level of the firm to get their impression of Collyer Bristow and we analysed the feedback we received from clients in our last survey. We took it all in and put it all on the table.

We are a premium brand. Our work is tailored for every client and is priced to
reflect a more hands-on, personalised and collaborative approach. But, our
brand identity didn't communicate any of this. That’s not helpful.
